100 Day Challenge: Start Fast Finish Strong
We are all staring down the barrel of the same reality—the clock is ticking and no matter how you look at it, there's but 100 days left in the year. You must consider the remaining 100 days of this year as a now or never opportunity to finish the year strong, exceed expectations, and for some, use it as a final chance at redemption.
The 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge is a structured 14-week performance improvement program where challengers compete against themselves to achieve a number of challenging goals and begin the new year focused, energized and in control.
The concept is built around two motivational tenets, a fixed period of time which is deadline driven and the strong desire to accomplish worthwhile goals within that deadline. The challenge is designed to fuel desire, motivate people to break free form their comfort zones and self-limiting thoughts, and to enforce both massive action and accountability.
Participants in the 100 Day Challenge have immediate access to:
* A Massive Action Plan (MAP) that serves as your blueprint for the next 100 days.
* 100 Daily Coaching Lessons with built in call to action exercises.
* 100 Daily mp3 messages to compel you to act with a sense of urgency.
* Inspiring DAILY videos that will continue to fuel your motivation.
* Daily coaching insights and practical tips on performance improvement.
* A suite of goal setting forms to be implemented each day of the challenge.
* A daily After Action Review (AAR) exercise to help make course corrections.
* Measurement and accountability tools for staying focused and consistent.
* An Integrity Pledge to bring honor to your commitments, promises, and goals.
* Screen saver and desktop reminders.
* A series of web seminars where I'll coach you to perform at your personal best.
* iPhone delivery for those who like their knowledge on the fly.
The 100 Day Challenge is 100 days of non-stop accountability to ensure that all of your goals and dreams are achieved.
Copperstrings community collaboration
The Copperstrings community comprises several members who are leaders in their own fields of expertise. There are also many who have unique and varied life experiences which, if shared with others, can be of immense value. If they come forward to help fellow members in this challenge and guide them in their efforts towards self improvement, we can end the year with a more evolved community of conscious members.
One small step each day
Only a small effort each day can make a huge difference to our personal growth. It could be in the form of one random act of kindness each day which will bring a smile to someone. It could be anything from cooking dinner for your wife to sending a card.
How small acts help us grow
Sometimes the most mundane and humble tasks can bring us back to earth. An act like wiping the counter around a sink in a public rest room after washing your hands in a public rest room so that the place looks more presentable to next person using it.
Do we distrust people who compliment us too much? True, sometimes they really aren’t to be trusted. But they may be the kind types also. If only we can recognize a genuine compliment from pure flattery.
Personal development
In order to be more conscious and raise our levels of awareness, we have to create the foundations to overcome our shortcomings one by one. An important aspect is development of our self esteem. Self esteem is actually not a single thing but an accumulation of a multitude of appraisals that we make of our selves and our behavior, all day long.
The 100 Day Challenge
The 100 Day Challenge offers an opportunity to all Copperstrings members to come forward to create a community of more conscious individuals achieve every goal you set, and finish the year with a bang.

Now there's no need to discard your panties for the planet!
Undergarments also are stepping in to help save the planet.... so we can start wearing them again!! They are turning eco-sexy.
After foods, cosmetics and street-clothes, it’s now the turn of lingerie to shift to organic. Promostyl, who believe “Green is glam” is among the first companies to bring green out of the closet.
Green-friendly lingerie is hitting shop-shelves in the form of sexy satin or silk bras and briefs, and other lacy bits and pieces. Lingerie firms like Eco-Boudoir sell to top department stores such as Harvey Nichols, John Lewis and Le Bon Marche.
The knickers at Green Knickers are certainly green, even if some don't find them sexy.
For all those who care about the planet, a pair of panties produces 18 kilos of CO2E, the standard measure of carbon footprint, while 20,000 litres of water are used to produce every kilo of cotton.
Now on to serious business
Mid last year MAS Holdings created the first custom-built eco-factory for manufacturing lingerie in Sri Lanka and formed strategic partnerships with GAP and Victoria's Secret.
And their factory is really eco.
* Rather than air conditioning, this panty factory uses evaporative cooling, which uses much less energy
* Natural lighting of workspace to lower needed electricity
* Green roof
* 40% less energy consumption, overall
* 90% of the electricity comes from a hydro-power plant and 10% from on-site solar panels
The green pany era is finally here to stay. Isn't it high time to put the green in the panty?
